From Monday 10th July we are changing the way patients contact us. Patients will no longer need to phone or walk-in to the surgery to book appointments or for any other queries. Patients will be able to contact by completing an online contact form on the home page of our website, which will be looked at by an appropriate member of the team who will then decide on the best course of action. This could include booking a telephone or face to face appointment if you have a clinical concern that needs to be discussed or seen, or if your query is of an administrative nature, then a member of the admin team will deal with the issue and liaise with you.
