We are upgrading our telephone system; the upgrade will take 1 week and will commence on Monday 23rd September 2024. This may cause some disruption to our service. The upgrade is being carried out in order to improve our patients experience in being able to contact the surgery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to the increasing cost on the NHS of using text messages, we will wherever possible use email to communicate with patients. Please can all patients that have email accounts check them regularly if you are expecting to hear from us.

There is a National internet outage which is impacting our Medical Management System. The practice is open but our service is severely restricted, we are unable to access medical records or book appointments. This problem has been caused by a third ...

Our practice has a multidisciplinary clinical team to deal with your needs. A GP is not always the person you need to see.

GP's are often asked to do follow-up treatment that should be carried out in secondary care, this is not part of our contract and have been done on a good will basis. This is becoming unsustainable due to the increasing demands from secondary care, therefore we will now be rejecting these requests.

The practice has a wide and varied multidisciplinary clinical team, depending on your needs, you may be able to get help from someone other than your family doctor.

We would like to assure patients that there is no change to the ways that you access our practice or contact us. People can still telephone for advice, help and appointments or walk in during practice opening hours.
